** The solar plants developer to form joint venture with Solarmint Energies for manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of solar photovoltaic modules under URJA brand

** Solarmint Energies will manufacture URJA-branded solar panels and URJA will market and distribute the solar panels

** Trading vols at 9.4 million shares so far, nearly 10x the 30-day average

** URJA down ~23%, YTD
