NOTICE TO THE HOLDERS OF BONDS/NOTES

 

To the holders of the Bonds and Notes of the Issuer presently outstanding
listed in Schedule 1 hereto (the "Bonds").

 

 

Notice of Successor U.S. Representative

 

Reference is made to each of the agency agreements relating to the Bonds
(each, an "Agency Agreement"), between, amongst others, the Issuer and MUFG
Union Bank, N.A. ("MUB") as the U.S. Representative of, among others, the
fiscal agent ("U.S. Representative"). Capitalised terms used herein and not
otherwise defined shall have the meanings set out in the relevant Agency
Agreement.

 

Pursuant to the terms of the relevant Agency Agreement, with effect from April
28, 2021, U.S. Bank has succeeded MUB as U.S. Representative in respect of the
Bonds, and from which date:

 

a.   U.S. Bank has inherited all the rights and obligations of the U.S.
Representative under each Agency Agreement; and

 

b.   MUB was released from all duties and obligations applicable to it as
U.S. Representative under each Agency Agreement.

 

c.   Notice details for U.S. Bank are as follows:
