 SLCA.N  up 1.5% at $12.50 premarket
    ** Co announces price hikes of up to 20% on products in
Industrial and Specialty Products segment
    ** Says price hikes effective for shipments from June 1
    ** Says hikes to help offset rising labor, transportation,
materials and manufacturing costs
    ** As of last close, SLCA shares down 1.52% YTD
