two-year high of $15.70
    ** Co says it has agreed to be acquired by affiliates of
investment firm Apollo  APO.N  in a $1.85 billion deal
    ** SLCA stockholders will receive $15.50 per share in cash
for each share of common stock owned as of the closing of the
transaction
    ** The per share purchase price represents an 18.7% premium
to stock's last close
    ** Deal expected to close in Q3 2024
    ** Including session moves, stock up 38% YTD
