** Shares of natgas compression service provider USA Compression USAC.N up 1% at $25.50 premarket

** Co to acquire J-W Power Company for total consideration of about $860 million

** Under agreement, USAC will fund $430 million in cash, with plans to initially fund through available capacity under its revolving credit facility, and issue ~18.3 million new USAC common units

** Transaction is expected to close in Q1 2026

** As of last close, stock up 7.1% YTD
