to $5.5
    ** Citi upgrades GCI to "neutral" from "sell", maintains PT
of $5.10
    ** Brokerage says Gannett made solid progress slowing the
rate of topline declines in the first half of 2024
    ** If trends continue, GCI may generate flattish revenue
growth in 4Q24 or early 2025, resulting in multiple expansion -
