** UTZ names William J. Kelley Jr as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Ajay Kataria, effective May 31

** Kelley most recently served as Global CFO at Tropicana Brands Group

** Co expects Q1 net sales to increase 1.5% to 1.7% from a year earlier

** Sees Q1 adj EPS between $0.14 and $0.16

** Reaffirms FY 2025 outlook

** As of last close, stock down ~13% YTD
