U.S. stocks dipped on Thursday weighed down by concerns of a delay in trade
talks between the United States and China, and data which showed a
higher-than-expected fall in new home sales in January.  .N 
    At 11:33 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was down 0.03
percent at 25,694.24. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.07 percent at 2,808.96 and
the Nasdaq Composite  .IXIC  was down 0.11 percent at 7,634.95.
