** Shares of V2 Retail  VREL.NS  rise 5% to 1,841 rupees
    ** Apparel and accessories retailer said Q3 consol net
profit surged over two-fold to 511.9 mln rupees ($5.9 mln); rev
from ops up 58% Y/Y
    ** EBITDA margin expanded to 18.9% from 16.3% a year ago
    ** Co aided by strong festive demand for clothes and
apparels during the qtr
    ** Stock surged nearly six-fold in 2024, its best yearly
gain since listing in 2007
