** Shares of V-Mart Retail VMAR.NS jump as much as 13% to 63.80 rupees, hitting their highest level in nearly a month

** Co said its total revenue for Q4 stood at 9.71 billion rupees ($104.6 million), a growth of 24% y/y

** Same store sales growth was more than 12% for the quarter

** Stock sees its most active session ever; more than 14 million shares change hands by 1:35 p.m. IST

** Stock last up 8%, trimming YTD losses to 27%
