** Shares of real estate development co V R Infraspace
 VRIF.NS  up 5.1% to 145 rupees
    ** Stock rose as much as 12.3% earlier in the session
    ** Madhya Pradesh government grants certificate of
contractor registration, which allows co to carry on civil work
for all construction departments, semi-government institutions,
corporations and undertakings of state
    ** Trading vol 3.4x the 30-day daily avg
    ** Including day's gain, stock up 2.7% so far this week
    ** Stock on track to second straight weekly gains
    ** Stock up 61.1% since its listing in March
