** Water treatment firm enters into non-binding equity partnership of $100 mln with an investor consortium, including Norfund, for dedicated platform

** Municipal platform to focus on development of capital projects for the municipal sector

** More than 853,000 shares traded, 1.4x its 30-day avg

** Stock up 6% so far this month, on track to snap three month losing streak
