rupees, hitting their highest since Nov. 18, 2021
    ** Co says it secured an industrial waste water treatment
order in Romania worth 2.60 bln rupees ($31.47 million) 
    ** Project scheduled to be executed over 24 months
    ** Stock rises most in nearly six months, marking their
sharpest intraday pct gain since June 17
    ** More than ~3.1 mln shares change hands by 10:23 a.m. IST,
6x 30-day avg of 506,043 shares
    ** Stock up 8% YTD, up to last close
    ($1 = 82.6175 Indian rupees)
