** Water treatment firm's Q4 consol net profit rose about 28.9% y/y to 1.28 billion rupees ($13.31 million)

** Revenue from operations rose 22.3% y/y, driven by strong overseas business growth

** Overseas revenue grew 54.8% y/y vs a 6% y/y fall in domestic revenue

** Separately, co received an order worth between 1 billion rupees to 2.5 billion rupees

** Trading vols at nearly 3x the 30-day average
