3.1% to 311.65 rupees, their biggest pct gain since Nov 17
    ** THe water treatment field constructor and operator on
Tuesday said that it has considered raising funds by way of
issue of non-convertible debentures 
    ** About 178,000 shares change hands by 0552 GMT vs 30-day
avg of 270,655 shares
    ** Stock down 2.3% this year as of last close
