PDMR dealings

VAALCO Energy, Inc. (NYSE: EGY; LSE: EGY) ("VAALCO" or the "Company")
announces the following exercise of options awards in the Company on 18 March
2024 by persons discharging managerial responsibility in the Company:

The Company announces that, immediately following the exercise of options
referred to above, there was a forfeiture of shares of common stock, of par
value $0.10 per share, of the Company ("Common Stock") to meet tax liabilities
arising from the exercise of options by the relevant person discharging
managerial responsibility in the Company as listed below.
