U.S. stock index futures were little changed on Friday, as investors awaited a
crucial employment report for confirmation of growing slackness in the U.S.
labor market, which would give the Federal Reserve more leeway to cut interest
rates this year.  .N 
    
    At 7:35 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.02% at 38,948. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.04% at 5,362, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.06%
at 19,071.5.
