** Kirsten Lynch has stepped down as CEO and director, ex-CEO Rob Katz to return to the helm

** Katz held the CEO position from February 2006 to November 2021

** Five of 14 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, seven "hold" and two "sell"; their median PT is $183

** As of last close, MTN shares down 19.18% YTD
