    * Financial Market Authority (FMA) Liechtenstein and the 
Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) approve the sale of Valartis 
Bank (Liechtenstein) AG 
    * Valartis Bank (Liechtenstein) AG will be divested to 
Citychamp Watch & Jewellery Group Ltd within the framework of a 
share purchase agreement (SPA)
