RENAULT RENA.PA/STELLANTIS STLAM.MI: Demand for electrified cars continued to underpin growth in Europe's auto market in May, offsetting a sharp decline in petrol and diesel sales and allowing Chinese brands to expand their footprint, data from the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA) showed on Tuesday.
VALEO VLOF.PA: French automotive supplier Valeo signed a major contract with Nissan for smart electric vehicle charging with vehicle-to-grid technology.
VIOHALCO VIOH.BR: Belgian industrial group Viohalco launched a 100% secondary accelerated bookbuilding offering to institutional investors of about 6 million existing ordinary shares in Cenergy Holdings, in which it currently holds about 69.7% stake, with Cenergy not receiving any proceeds from the transaction.
