the Capabilities embedded within the Valereum Ecosystem 

Valereum Plc ("Valereum" or "the Company") is pleased to provide an update on the implementation of its strategy targeting the transformation of global financial markets through tokenisation.

The Company has accelerated its mission to build a blockchain-powered finance ecosystem by sourcing best-in-class third-party, white-label platforms and integrating them as service providers. Valereum has moved beyond third-party reliance by selectively investing in category leaders across key segments of the digital asset value chain.

Through direct equity participation, collaboration, and technology integration, Valereum has embedded a wide spectrum of capabilities into its business, spanning the full digital asset lifecycle, from origination and issuance to settlement and custody. This creates a cohesive, scalable ecosystem that is underpinned by robust compliance and regulatory frameworks.

Capabilities embedded within the Valereum ecosystem now include:

●    Regulated Real World Assets (RWA) marketplace infrastructure (VLRM Markets)

●    Regulated issuance and distribution platforms (DigiShares, Blubird)*

●    Secure B2B stablecoin settlement rails, fiat on/off ramps and custody (Fideum)*

●    Utility GATE Token ready to power liquidity and community alignment

*VLRM's strategic investee company

These capabilities position Valereum as a gateway for turnkey acquisition, tokenisation and settlement in the digital asset and tokenisation industry. Partners and clients can access fully regulated, compliant, institutional-grade infrastructure to support their immediate needs and future growth.

This ecosystem strategy is expected to drive larger and faster revenue for Valereum and its portfolio companies, derived from its near-term objectives to:

●    Leverage Fideum's infrastructure to scale cross-border payments and custody, and support ever expanding RWA offerings
