    * Onxeo reports first instance decision from commercial 
court of Paris in lawsuit against SpeBio/SpePharm 
    * Onxeo Sa -given 50% ownership of SpeBio B.V. by 
Onxeo,financial liabilities between both cos,net financial 
impact to Onxeo will have to be recalculated 
    * Onxeo Sa - Onxeo considered that SpePharm and SpeBio 
breached their contractual obligations
