disclosure in relation to Martin Gouldstone, Chairman of the Company pursuant
to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Oncimmune Holdings PLC, a company which Martin Gouldstone is a Director,
recently announced its intention to appoint administrators.
There is nothing further to disclose in respect of Schedule 2(g) of the AIM
Rules for Companies.
