Director Disclosure Update

London, UK - ValiRx Plc (AIM: VAL), a life sciences company focusing on
early-stage cancer therapeutics and women's health, issues the following
disclosure in relation to Martin Gouldstone, Chairman of the Company pursuant
to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Oncimmune Holdings PLC, a company which Martin Gouldstone is a Director,
recently announced its intention to appoint administrators.

There is nothing further to disclose in respect of Schedule 2(g) of the AIM
Rules for Companies.

The Directors of the Company take responsibility for this announcement.
