The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 has been published, is available on the Company's website, www.valirx.comand has been posted to registered shareholders today.
The Company also advises that the Notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), its Chairman's Letter to Shareholders and the Form of Proxy for the AGM are now available on its website, www.valirx.comand these have also been posted to registered shareholders.
The Company's AGM will beheld on 30 May 2017 at 10.00amat the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP, 100 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1BN.

New drugs in this group-such as those in ValiRx's pipeline-promise to greatly improve outcomes for cancer patients. 
The Company listed on the AIM Market of the London StockExchange in October 2006 and trades under the ticker symbol: VAL.
