London, UK - ValiRx Plc (AIM: VAL), a life science company focusing on
early-stage cancer therapeutics and women's health announces that at its
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions except
special resolutions 12 (disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights
(allowing issue of shares for cash)) and 13 (disapplication of statutory
pre-emption rights (share options)) were passed.

 

Details of the votes received will be available shortly on the Company's
website.
