early-stage cancer therapeutics and women's health, notes the recent increase
in the Company's share price and confirms that it is not in possession of
unpublished price sensitive information.

The Company notes the announcement published by EUDA Health Holdings Limited
in relation to its proposed merger with TheoremRx Inc. The announcement can be
