Oct 26 (Reuters) - Vallianz Holdings Ltd  VHLD.SI : 
    * Wishes to clarify that group is not owner of vessel 
explorer 
    * group also wishes to assure shareholders that its vessel 
chartering business operations are continuing as usual 
    * Vallianz was also informed that explorer has been detained 
in dubai 
    * following developments at swiber group and sentosa, 
ownership of these three vessels which are currently anchored 
off dubai, has been affected 
    * Group has transferred payment of salaries for crew on 
board explorer and navigator up till august 2016 
    * "according to regulations in dubai, a court application is 
required to repatriate or change existing crew for detained 
vessels" 
    * Deeply regrets current situation faced by crew and is 
making every effort to help them 
    * clarifies statement on online post in respect of delay in 
payment of salaries for crew on vessel swiber explorer 
    * "all outstanding salaries to crew of three vessels for 
month of september 2016 will also be settled by end of this 
week" 
    * group provides ship management services to explorer which 
was originally owned by swiber holdings limited and its 
subsidiaries
