Feb 22 (Reuters) - Vallianz Holdings Ltd  VHLD.SI : 
    * S$7.6m of trade payables to be converted into new shares 
    * Group has entered into letters of agreement with certain 
trade creditors 
    * Pursuant to letter agreements, trade creditors will 
subscribe for 380.6 million new ordinary shares in Vallianz at 
S$0.02 per share
