Dec 1 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

Airbus AIR.PA:

The plane maker ordered an immediate software change on a significant number of its best-selling A320-family jets in a move that industry sources said would involve some 6,000 jets, or over half the global fleet.

Axa AXAF.PA:

The French insurer said on Friday it had completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Italian direct insurance group Prima for 500 million euros, a deal announced early August.

RENAULT RENA.PA/STELLANTIS:

New car registrations in France fell 0.3% in November from a year earlier to 132,927 vehicles, data from French car body PFA showed on Sunday.

STELLANTIS:

Production at Stellantis' STLAM.MI French factories is set to drop over the next three years, the Financial Times reported on Monday.
