India's D B Realty, Godrej Properties gain on JV for Mumbai land

** Shares of D B Realty  DBRL.NS  rise ~5%, while Godrej
Properties shares  GODR.NS  up 2.3%
    ** D B Realty says its unit enters into JV with Godrej
Properties  GODR.NS  to develop of 19,434 square meters of land
in Mumbai; Godrej to hold 50.01% stake
    ** DBRL on course to snap a three-session losing run and
advancing towards its 100-day moving avg
    ** GODR on course to snap a four-day losing streak during
which it slipped below its 50-day moving avg
    ** DBRL has gained ~96% YTD, while GODR has lost ~36%
