India's D B Realty hits over 10-yr high on selling entire stake in unit

** Shares of D B Realty  DBRL.NS  up as much as 3% to 162.80
rupees, their highest since Jan. 9, 2013
    ** Real estate development firm on Thursday said it is
selling its entire stake in Royal Netra Constructions (RNCPL)
    ** DBRL to dispose shares in RNCPL at a price of 2,600
rupees per share
    ** Over 2.9 mln shares change hands as of 10:54 a.m. IST,
0.6x the 30-day moving avg
    ** As of last close, stock up ~69% so far this year
