India's DB Realty hits upper circuit on acquiring entire stake in units

** Shares of DB Realty  DBRL.NS  rise as much as 4.96% to
hit upper circuit at 113.15 rupees
    ** Stock of the real estate development firm posts its
biggest intraday pct gain since Oct 3
    ** DBRL rises for a third straight session
    ** Co said on Friday it acquired an entire stake in units
Spacecon Realty and DB Man Realty
    ** Prior to the acquisition, co already held 74% stake in
Spacecon Realty and 91% stake in DB Man Realty 
    ** About 782,731 shares change hands vs 30-day avg of 1.9
million shares
    ** Stock up 131.33% YTD, up to last close
