** Valor Estate VALM.NS shares rise 6% to 204.10 rupees

** Real estate development co's Q4 consol net loss narrows to 23.6 mln rupees ($276,482.58) from a 65.4 mln rupees loss last year

** Q4 y/y consol revenue at 6.45 bln rupees, a four-fold surge

** Trading volume at 7.9 mln shares, more than 3x the 30-day average

** VALM up nearly 18% YTD
