Oct 21 (Reuters) - Euronext: 
    * Value8 NV  VALU8.AS  increases the number of it's outstanding ordinary shares  
    * A total of 1,250,000 new ordinary shares issued by Value8 will be listed on Euronext 
Amsterdam as of 25 of October 2016  
    * Reason for the issue is conversion of non listed shares
