Van Elle Holdings plc (AIM:VANL) announces that it has been notified that Mrs
Anne Marie Cutler, PCA of Mr Mark Cutler, Chief Executive Officer, has
purchased 350,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") each at a price of 46.0 pence per share. Following this purchase, the
combined beneficial holding of Mark Cutler and his wife is 602,767 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.57% of the Company's voting share capital.
