Non-Executive Director Changes

01 February 2024

 

Andrea Blance, Senior Independent Director of Vanquis Banking Group, has
informed the Board of her decision to step down after serving over two terms
as Senior Independent Director. She will step down on 1 February and Angela
Knight, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee, will become
the new Senior Independent Director of Vanquis Banking Group plc and, subject
to regulatory approval, Vanquis Bank Limited.

"I would like to thank Andrea, who has been an invaluable steward to the
Group, for her wise counsel and advice to me, and to the Board. Angela is a
highly experienced Non-Executive Director, and I look forward to working with
