Publication of 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of 2026
Annual General Meeting

London - 26 February 2026 - Vanquis Banking Group plc announces that the
following documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism later
today:

-      2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements; and

-      Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting ('AGM').

The documents will shortly be available for inspection at

Annual General Meeting
