Technicolor CS keeps sliding on second trading day

** Shares in Technicolor Creative Studios  TCHCS.PA  fall
3.5% to 1.8 euros on their second day of trading on Euronext
Paris after a spin-off from Technicolor SA  VANTI.PA 
    ** The new company, separated from the French digital media
company now renamed Vantiva, specialises in visual effects
    ** About 190,600 shares of the company have traded so far on
Wednesday
    ** During its first day of trading, Technicolor CS fell as
much as 24.7% from its opening price of 1.86 euros, which was
already below the reference price of 1.95 euros
    ** Shares of Vantiva rise 16.3% at 1039 GMT, on track for
their best day in more than two years
