options including full or partial sale, people familiar with the

    ** Co's set-top box business struggles because of higher
prices for memory chips
    ** Co has also been exploring a sale of just its set-top box
division, which it calls connected home, the sources said 
    ** Connected home accounted for 1 bln euros of Technicolor's
total revenue in H1 2018
    ** Shares seen opening up as much as 10 percent, per traders
