as 7.50% to a record high of 423.50 rupees
    ** Co to consider and approve the proposal for issuance of
bonus shares to the equity shareholders 
    ** Trading volume is 307,594 shares, nearly twice the 30-day
avg of 163,987 shares
    ** As of last close, VARM shares up 28.4% YTD
