Ltd  VART.NS  rise as much as 4.6% at 339 rupees - its sharpest
pct gain in over a month
    ** Stock posts its highest levels since Sept. 23
    ** More than 350,000 shares traded, vs their 30-day moving
avg of more than 700,000 mln shares
    ** Nifty Smallcap 100 index  .NIFSMCP100  up 0.63%
    ** Three of 4 brokerages rate the stock "strong buy" and 1
"hold"; their median PT is 376 rupees - Refinitiv data
    ** VART shares down 30.1% this year, as of last close, vs a
18% loss in the Nifty Smallcap 100 index
