U.S. stock index futures rose on Tuesday after a strong October on Wall Street,
as investors clung to hopes that the Federal Reserve will signal a slower pace
of future interest rate hikes as economic growth slows.  .N 
    At 7:35 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.63% at 32,983. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.95% at 3,920, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 1.20% at
11,584.25.
