to 41.7 rupees, highest since Feb 15, 2018
    ** Vasudevan Ramamoorthy, co-promoter of the construction
engineering co, bought 131,500 shares via open market -NSE data
    ** Vasudevan Ramamoorthy had an individual stake of 8.98%
before the purchase, while he is a trustee of Vasudevan Family
Trust, which holds 14.91% of VASC
    ** Overall promoter group had 31.99% stake, as of Sept 30,
2021
    ** VASC set for third straight session of gains; RSI is 80,
suggesting it may be overbought
    ** More than 8.6 million shares change hands by 0850 GMT, 6x
30-day avg of 1.4 million shares
    ** Stock up ~34% YTD, up to last close
