Appointment of Joint Broker
Repayment of 325,000 Darwin Bridge Loan Note
      
Vast Resources plc, the AIM listed mining company with operations in Romania and Zimbabwe, is pleased to announce the appointment of Peterhouse Corporate Finance Ltd as joint broker to the Company with immediate effect. As part of this re-alignment of the Company's professional advisers, the Company has terminated the brokerage agreement with Daniel Stewart and Company plc. The termination will take effect on 30 September 2016.
    
The Company further announces that it currently intends to repay the 325,000 principal plus interest due to Darwin Capital Ltd ("Darwin") on 31 July 2016, being 50 per cent of the Darwin Bridge Loan Note announced on 16 May 2016 and 1 July 2016. 
    
Roy Pitchford, Vast Chief Executive Officer, commented: 
"Repayment of this loan is made possible by the successful capital raise earlier this month. The Company continues to evaluate options to replace the cancelled Crede financing following the Company's General Meeting announced on 1 July 2016 as it moves forward confidently towards full implementation of its ambitious expansion plans."
