Exercise of warrants
Vast Resources plc, the AIM listed resource and development company, announcesthatapplication has been made for 7,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each to be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the exercise of warrants by an adviser to the Company (the "Warrant Exercise"). The warrants have an exercise price per share of 0.5 pence.
The 7,000,000 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the Warrant Exercise will rankpari passuwith the Company's existing ordinary shares and admission to trading on AIM is expected to occurat 8:00 am on 20 August 2015("Admission").
Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 1,473,348,989,with eachordinaryshare carrying the right to one vote.
The above figure of 1,473,348,989 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in VAST under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
