Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed mining company with operations in Romania
and Zimbabwe, is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting ('AGM')
of the Company will be held at 2.30 p.m. on Friday 20 October 2017 at the
Company's registered office, 6th Floor, 60 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V
0HR.  

The notice of AGM and form of proxy, together with the Company's annual report
and accounts, will be posted to shareholders today and will be made available
