Notice of General Meeting
Vast Resources plc, the AIM listed resource and development company, announces that a General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Institute of Directors, 116 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5ED at 3.00 p.m. (London time) or immediately after the termination of the Annual General Meeting scheduled to start at 2.30 p.m. on that day. As anticipated in the announcement of 7 September 2015, the principal item of business at the General Meeting will be to receive the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2015 (Annual Report). 
The Annual Report together with the Notice of General Meeting and Proxy Form will be available on the Company's website at www.vastresourcesplc.com and is being posted to shareholders today.
