 Vast Resources plc, the AIM listed mining company with operations in Zimbabwe
and Romania, announces that, further to the announcements on 4 January 2016
and 6 January 2016, it has today posted a circular to shareholders (the
"Circular") and forms of proxy and instruction (the "Forms") in relation to a
general meeting ("GM") of the Company. 
 
 The Circular contains notice of the GM, which will be held at 2.30p.m on
Tuesday 9 February 2016 at the offices of Daniel Stewart and Company plc, 33
Creechurch Lane, London, EC3A 5EB at 2.30p.m. 
 
 A copy of the Circular will also be available shortly on the Company's
