Feb 13 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

    FNAC DARTY  FNAC.PA 
    Fnac Darty  FNAC.PA  said the Supreme Court in London
announced the final closure of Comet disposal litigation in
favor of Fnac Darty.
    
    FRANCE/ISRAEL/LEBANON:
    France has delivered a written proposal to Beirut aimed at
ending hostilities with Israel and settling the disputed
Lebanon-Israel frontier, according to a document seen by Reuters
that calls for fighters including Hezbollah's elite unit to
withdraw 10 km (6 miles) from the border.
    
    MICHELIN  MICP.PA 
    The French tyre maker on Monday reported record results,
citing the delayed positive impact of its 2022 price
adjustments, but remained cautious for the new fiscal year.
 
    STELLANTIS  STLAM.MI :
    Stellantis announced increasing production of electric drive
modules to support growth in electrification portfolio.

operating result of 16.1 Million euros, and proposed a gross
dividend of 2.30 euros per share for 2023.
