In accordance with the extraordinary disclosure obligation stipulated under
Section 55 of (Hungarian) Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market, MFB Hungarian
Development Bank Private Limited Company (hereinafter: MFB Zrt.) informs the
public of the following changes:

 

MFB Zrt. will become a VAT (value‑added tax) group member from October 1,
2024, which means that its tax numbers will change.

 

As of October 1, 2024, the official VAT numbers of MFB Zrt. will be as
follows:

 

Tax number: 10644371-4-44

EU VAT number: HU17783958

VAT group number: 17783958-5-41
